اسم های مرکب در انگلیسی
Compound Nouns
یک اسم مرکب اسمی است که از دو واژه یا بیشتر ساخته شده است.یک اسم مرکب معمولا از یک اسم به اضافه اسم یا یک صفت به اضافه اسم ساخته شده است.اما ترکیب های دیگری وجود دارد که در زیر می توانید مشاهده کنید.
هر اسم مرکب به عنوان یک اسم تنها که می تواند به وسیله صفات و اسم ها تعریف شود ایفای نقش می کند.
سه نوع اسم مرکب وجود دارد.
اسم مرکب با فاصله بین لغات tennis shoe

تلفظ اسم های مرکب Compound Nouns
اغلب در اسم های مرکب تکیه تلفظ بروی واژه اول می باشد.مثل “golf ball” . چون “golf ball” یک اسم مرکب است آن را به عنوان یک اسم کامل در نظر می گیریم و یک استرس یا تیکه کلام اصلی بر روی واژه اول دارد.
اما در بعضی موارد بر روی هر دو واژه تکیه کلام به صورت مساوی قرار دارد. مثل “pink ball”
استرس کمک می کند تا تشخیص بدیم که آیا منظور طرف “a GREEN HOUSE” خانه ای که رنگ آن سبز است یا “a Greenhouse” جایی که برای پرورش گیاه یا همان گلخانه می باشد.در مورد اول دو کلمه جدا و در نتیجه تلفظ ها با مرز بین لغات مشخص می شود حال آنکه در مورد دوم به صورت یک دفعه ای به عنوان یک کلمه واحد تلفظ می شود.

جمع اسم های مرکب با اضافه شدن s به لغت اصلی یا همان base word انجام می شود.لغتی که مهترین در ترکیب می باشد.

Some compound nouns have no obvious base word and you may need to consult a dictionary to find the plural

Note that with compound nouns made of [noun + noun] the first noun is like an adjective and therefore does not usually take an -s. A tree that has apples has many apples, but we say an apple tree, not apples tree

With compound nouns made of [noun + noun] the second noun takes an -s for plural. The first noun acts like an adjective and as
you know, adjectives in English are invariable
